In addition to standard designs, Thermcraft can also supply equipment built to your specifications. Thermcraft's engineers can take your process requirements and suggest the most appropriate type of furnace design.

Furnaces can also be supplied with material load - unload manipulators or various vibrating or auger type material feed equipment. Designs are available in temperature ranges up to 1700°C (3092°F) in air or higher with inert atmospheres.
The ovens and furnaces abopve are examples of Thermcraft's capabilities in designing and building larger equipment for a variety of manufacturing needs. There are many applications for this equipment and each has been designed and tailored to meet the needs our customers have dictated. Work crews are available for on-site service work when needed. Systems are available on a turn-key basis with installation and start-up by Thermcraft's personnel when requested. Furnace rebuilding is available either at our factory or in the customer's plant.
Larger Thermcraft ovens and furnaces are available, built according to customer specification. The designing, engineering, fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing and installation can all be performed by Thermcraft's qualified staff.
